Rutgers Wrestling Season Tickets On Sale Now

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (August 19, 2010) - The Rutgers University Athletic Department announced today that season tickets for the 2010-11 Scarlet Knight wrestling campaign are now available for purchase.
The season ticket package will include the five matches, four duals (North Carolina, Army, Rider and American) and one double dual (Princeton and George Mason), held at College Ave Gym and the three duals (Bucknell, Virginia Tech and Lehigh) held at the Louis Brown Athletics Center (The RAC).
Packages are priced at $50 for youths and seniors, $60 for adults and $200 for VIP floor seats.
"With the continued upward trajectory of our wrestling program under head coach Scott Goodale - both on and off the mat - it's time to step up our program and our business in every way," said Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Tim Pernetti. "New Jersey is a state filled with passion for wrestling and with the thousands of fans who have come to the RAC the last two years for matches, this new revenue stream will help to provide our wrestling program the essential tools it needs for long term success."
Season tickets include general admission seating for College Ave and a lower level reserved ticket for RAC matches. The VIP floor seating is reserved at both venues. If orders for VIP Floor seats exceed capacity, the priority point system will be used in the allocation of those seats.
Single match tickets will be available at a later date.
