The staff guided the Scarlet Knights through one of the nation’s toughest schedules in 2026, leading to the program’s most overall (11) and Big Ten (4) wins since 2022. The season was capped by a third NCAA Tournament appearance under Lehman, highlighted by a 12–11 opening-round victory over No. 17 Princeton. Rutgers finished the season ranked No. 16 in the final IWLCA Coaches Poll.
