Gymnastics Announces 2015 Promotions

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (Dec. 29, 2014) - Rutgers Athletics has announced a series of different promotions for the three home meets at the Livingston Recreation Center and the one home meet at the RAC for the 2015 gymnastics season. Fans will get the chance to go home with great prizes and experiences from each meet.
Season tickets for the 2015 campaign are now on sale. Priced at just $25 for adults, fans ordering before Jan. 1 can purchase season tickets at a discounted rate of $20. Fans wishing to purchase tickets on the day of a meet will be required to pay with cash, as no credit cards will be accepted. Full ticket information can be found here.
This season, fans will have an opportunity to bid on a Rutgers gymnastics birthday party, held during the Scarlet Knights' March 7 meet against West Chester and Bowling Green at the RAC. The package includes seating in the loge area, food and beverages. One package will be available to purchase on the Rutgers Athletics online auction website, beginning Feb. 2. Another package will be raffled off for any customer that purchases tickets for the March 7 meet. The raffle winner will be randomly selected on Feb. 16.
The meet at the RAC will also feature a "Girls Night Out" promotion. Children dressed up in their favorite princess costume with be admitted free, with their mother's ticket at a discount cost of $5. The first 150 princesses will receive a light-up wand.

Saturday, Jan. 24 vs. Nebraska/Brockport/Southern Connecticut (1 p.m.)
• Giveaway Item: Inaugural Big Ten T-Shirts (first 500 fans)
• Lucky Seats of the Meet (four fans will be randomly selected for an upgrade to premium, comfortable seating located on the floor level)
• Flips 4 Flips (Banana Flips will be distributed to first 20 students in attendance)
• T-Shirt Toss (beginning of the meet and when a gymnast receives a score of 9.7 or higher)
• Post Meet Autographs
Saturday, Jan. 31 vs. Michigan State/UW-Oshkosh/Brown (4 p.m.)
• Meet Theme: Blackout - Wear BLACK to the meet
• Giveaway Item: Nike Sport Watch raffle
• Lucky Seats of the Meet (four fans will be randomly selected for an upgrade to premium, comfortable seating located close to the floor)
• T-Shirt Toss (beginning of the meet and when a gymnast receives a score of 9.7 or higher)
• Post Meet Autographs
Saturday, Feb. 14 vs. Maryland/Ursinus/Cornell (1 p.m.)
• Meet Theme: Pink Meet - Wear PINK to the meet
• Giveaway Item: Pink Shakers will be distributed to the first 500 fans
• Sponsor Giveaway Item: Hand Sanitizer and Lip Balm
• Lucky Seats of the Meet (four fans will be randomly selected for an upgrade to premium, comfortable seating located close to the floor)
• T-Shirt Toss (beginning of the meet and when a gymnast receives a score of 9.7 or higher)
Saturday, March 7 vs. West Chester/Bowling Green (6 p.m.)
• Senior & Alumni Meet at the RAC
• Girl Scout Meet - $5 ticket promotion
• Rutgers Gymnastics Birthday Party Auction
• Military Appreciation (red, white and blue magnets will be distributed to first 100 fans in attendance) - Special ticket discount of $5 for all military with military identification
• Girls Night Out - Princess Dress-Up Party: the first 150 princesses in attendance will receive a light-up wand (princesses get in for FREE and mothers will receive a special ticket discount of $5)
• T-Shirt Toss (beginning of the meet and when a gymnast receives a score of 9.7 or higher)
