Tim Falato is in his eighth season with Rutgers football in 2023 and serves as director of football operations. The role includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the football program, along with logistical responsibilities. He also assists with team travel, team events and serves as the team’s pro liaison.
Falato has previous experience as a player personnel assistant, in player development and as a recruiting intern for the Scarlet Knights.
A native of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, Falato graduated from Seton Hall University in 2016.
