Farrah Edwards begins her first season as an assistant coach with the Rutgers women's rowing program. Edwards joins the Scarlet Knights with years of experience as a Big Ten athlete and club coach.
Edwards most recently served for four years as Head Coach of the Dublin Crew club team. During her tenure with the Dublin Crew Edwards guided the girls four and girls lightweight pair to a top-four finish at the Midwest Junior Championships.
Edwards began her collegiate career as a rower at Ohio State University. At Ohio State Edwards was a member of the First Varsity Four that won the Big Ten Championships and advanced to the NCAA Nationals, eventually finishing seventh in 2009. Edwards was a four-time Ohio State Scholar Athlete.
