Football at No. 9 Penn State Set for 3:30 p.m. Kickoff

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers football will conclude its 2019 season with a 3:30 p.m. kickoff at No. 9 Penn State on Nov. 30, the Big Ten announced Monday. The game will air on Big Ten Network.
It will be the 18th trip to Beaver Stadium for the Scarlet Knights and the 30th all-meeting on the gridiron between RU and PSU.
