The contest will be played at Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders. Twenty Scarlet Knights have previously participated in past years, including Franks Burns (1949), Marco Battaglia (1996), Jeremy Zuttah (2007), Courtney Greene (2009), Desmond Wynn (2012), Scott Vallone (2013), Keith Lumpkin (2016), Saquan Hampton (2019) and Brendan White (2021).

He totaled 11 receptions for 141 yards and a touchdown in 2021, including a career-best 52 receiving yards versus Michigan State. Haskins posted two catches for first downs in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl against Wake Forest and hauled in a go-ahead, 30-yard touchdown pass in the win at Syracuse.
