Women's Golf to Compete at Briar's Creek invitational

JOHN'S ISLAND, S.C. – Rutgers women's golf is set for competition at the Briar's Creek Invitational in the coming days. The Scarlet Knights return to the event they finished in eighth place at last season. Due to forecasted storms on Monday, rounds one and two will take place on Sunday, with round two finishing on Tuesday morning if needed followed by round three.
In its last event, Rutgers finished in 12th place at the Bruin Wave Invitational in California. RU opened its spring season with a strong fourth place finish at the Paradise Invitational in Florida.
The event features a strong field, six ranked programs highlighted by No. 6 Florida State.
