
Zinn Named to Top Women In Business List

WOODBRIDGE, N.J. – Rutgers Director of Athletics Keli Zinn was among the state's top women business leaders named to the BINJE's Best: Top Women in Business for 2026. BINJE, in partnership with the N.J. Business & Industry Association, recognized the group for their distinguished accomplishments at a breakfast celebration on Thursday, March 25 at the APA Hotel in Woodbridge.
In a room of CEOs and managing partners, principals and executive directors, the list of leaders spanned various industries such as health care, economic development, law, energy, public affairs, higher education, the arts, communications, marketing and more.

Zinn was previously named to the NJBIZ Education Power List in 2025. Arriving at Rutgers in July 2025, she is in her first year as Director of Athletics, transforming the athletic department to navigate the everchanging college athletics landscape. She has moved quickly, reshaping NIL operations, modernizing revenue structures and making bold leadership decisions to position the school for long‑term success.
Zinn spearheaded the formation of Scarlet Knight Enterprises, which centralizes the athletic department's most valuable commercial assets into a single, purpose-driven entity that will accelerate decision-making as well as cultivate regional and national partnerships.
