
Updated Big Ten Women's Rowing Schedule For Sunday

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Due to anticipated winds later in the morning/early afternoon on Sunday at Eagle Creek Reservoir, the Big Ten Women's Rowing Championship start time has been moved up to a 7:47 a.m. start.
The championships will still air live on BTN.

7:47 a.m.- IV Eights (Petite Final)
7:59 a.m. - IV Eights (Grand Final)
8:11 a.m. - I Eights (Petite Final)
8:23 a.m. - I Eights (Grand Final)
8:35 a.m. - II Eights (Petite Final)
8:47 a.m. - II Eights (Grand Final)
8:59 a.m. - I Fours (Petite Final)
9:11 a.m. - I Fours (Grand Final)
9:23 a.m. - II Fours (Petite Final)
9:35 a.m. - II Fours (Grand Final)
9:47 a.m. - III Fours (Petite Final)
9:59 a.m. - III Fours (Grand Final)
10:11 a.m. - III Eights (Petite Final)
10:23 a.m. - III Eights (Grand Final)
All seven Scarlet Knight boats will compete in the grand final on Sunday. In an adjusted schedule that saw the heats moved up to Friday evening, RU's Second Varsity 4, Third Varsity 4 and Third Varsity 8 all captured the fastest times in their respective races with the Varsity 8, Varsity 4, Second Varsity 8 and Fourth Varsity 8 all claiming first in their respective heats. The Varsity 4, Second Varsity 4 and Fourth Varsity 8 each had 10+ second margins of victory in their heats. The top three boats from each heat advanced to the grand final.
Last season, Rutgers women's rowing scored its best Big Ten Championships result in team history with a second-place team finish last season. The Scarlet Knights earned a medal in all seven races while compiling 239 points, led by six silver medals by the Varsity 8, 2nd Varsity 8, Varsity 4, 2nd Varsity 4, 3rd Varsity 4, and 3rd Varsity 8.
