RU Gets Team Award, Ford, Sturgill and Hazlehurst Named Scholar All-Americans
Teams were selected on the basis of their Spring 2026 grade point averages and were required to achieve a team GPA of 3.00 or higher to earn Scholar All-America recognition. Individual Scholar All-Americans will be announced by the CSCAA at a later date.
Additionally, three RU student-athletes were recognized individually as Scholar All-Americans, boasting individual GPAs of 3.5 or higher with top athletic achievements. Sephora Ford and Bailee Sturgill, who represented RU diving at the NCAA Championships, were named First Team Scholar All-Americans, while Ana Hazlehurst, who had a NIC 'A' cut time in the 200 and 400 IM, was named a Second Team Scholar All-American.
