Women’s Basketball Announces 2026-27 Big Ten Schedule

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers women's basketball completed its 2026-27 schedule with Wednesday's announcement of the Big Ten Conference slate, featuring 18 games, including nine contests at Jersey Mike's Arena.
Single game tickets for the 2026-27 campaign are now on sale. Click HERE to secure your seats. The Scarlet Knights will open conference play at home on Saturday, December 5, welcoming Ohio State to Jersey Mike's Arena.
Following the holiday break, Rutgers will return to action with a pair of road contests, traveling to Indiana on Tuesday, December 29 and Iowa on Tuesday, January 5. Rutgers returns home for a matchup against Illinois on Saturday, January 2 followed by a road trip to Penn State on Friday, January 8.
Rutgers then begins a challenging stretch that features three of the nation's most recognizable programs in a four-game span. The Scarlet Knights host USC on Monday, January 11 before traveling to Michigan on Sunday, January 17. Defending National Champions, UCLA will visit Piscataway on Thursday, January 21, followed by a road contest at Wisconsin on Sunday, January 24.
The Scarlet Knights close out January with three consecutive home games, hosting Michigan State on Thursday, January 28, Northwestern on Sunday, January 31 and Penn State on Wednesday, February 10.
RU continues conference play with a February 7 road matchup at Minnesota before hosting Purdue on Sunday, February 14. The Scarlet Knights then head west for consecutive contests at Washington on Wednesday, February 17 and Oregon on Saturday, February 20.
The regular season conference schedule concludes with a pair of marquee matchups, as Rutgers hosts Nebraska on Wednesday, February 24 before traveling to Maryland on Sunday, February 28.
RU's Big Ten schedule is combined with a 14-game nonconference slate that includes 10 home contests at Jersey Mike's Arena, highlighted by matchups against in-state opponents Monmouth (Nov. 11), Princeton (Nov. 25), Saint Peter's (Dec. 2) and Seton Hall (Dec. 8).
