Sarah Haas joined the Rutgers Athletic Department in September of 2026, working as the Director of Operations with field hockey.
A graduate of NC State University, Haas worked within the NC State Athletic Department. She served as an operations intern and student manager with the womenās soccer program and also served as a facilities and game operations assistant. A Sports Management major, she was the treasurer of the Women in Sport Club and on the Executive Board for Women in Sport Leadership.
She most recently worked with the North Carolina Courage professional womenās soccer franchise within soccer operations and equipment. Haas also had prior experience working in facilities, operations and events for Lafayette Athletics and Raritan Valley Community College.
A native of Hackettstown, N.J., she is a Warren Hills High School graduate, where she was team statistician for the womenās basketball team.
