PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Back home for its final two duals before the new year, No. 12 Rutgers wrestling (5-1) hosts No. 20 Oklahoma (2-1) on Saturday and Drexel (2-1) on Sunday at Jersey Mike's Arena.

The Scarlet Knights' ranked matchup with the Sooners is set for an 8 p.m. national broadcast on Big Ten Network, with Shane Sparks and Jim Gibbons on the call. Sunday's dual with the Dragons will stream on Big Ten Plus beginning at 1 p.m., with Nick Kosko and Matt Howe handling broadcast duties. Tickets for both matches are available here.

Saturday night is the program's 'Black Out' match, with fans encouraged to wear black. Black shirts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Sunday is the team's 'R Heroes' match, with camo pennants distributed (while supplies last).

Rutgers split its matches at the Journeymen Jostle, defeating Davidson, 49-3, before losing to No. 10 NC State, 27-11, on Sunday in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina.
The Scarlet Knights won 12 matches across their two duals, including multiple wins from No. 12 Dylan Shawver (133), No. 12 Joseph Olivieri (141) and No. 16 Shane Cartagena-Walsh (184). Olivieri delivered RU's signature win of the event, earning an 8-6 decision over No. 7 Ryan Jack, a 2024 All-American.
Rutgers worked nine bonus-point victories against Davidson, which included falls from Cartagena-Walsh, Olivieri, Shawver, No. 28 Ayden Smith (125) and PJ Casale (197). No. 9 Lenny Pinto (174), No. 20 Hunter Catka (HWT) and No. 31 Ryan Ford (165) added tech falls, while No. 29 Anthony White (157) collected a major decision.

Rutgers moved up to No. 12 in this week's NWCA Coaches Poll, its highest ranking in the poll this season. The Scarlet Knights are one of 10 Big Ten Conference programs ranked this week, including No. 1 Penn State, No. 2 Ohio State, No. 4 Iowa, No. 6 Nebraska, No. 10 Illinois, No. 11 Minnesota, No. 13 Michigan, No. 21 Wisconsin and No. 25 Indiana.
Ten Scarlet Knights are ranked in at least one national poll, with all 10 weights ranked by Intermat.
Rutgers features four wrestlers ranked within the top 12 by at least one publication – Cartagena-Walsh, Olivieri, Pinto and Shawver.
After his win over No. 7 Ryan Jack (NC State), Olivieri moved to No. 5 in his weight class by Intermat, the highest ranking of his collegiate career.

Series History: Oklahoma

Oklahoma leads the all-time series, 7-2. Rutgers has won two of the past three matchups.
The Scarlet Knights delivered a 22-9 victory over the Sooners on Nov. 11, 2017 in their last meeting, which occurred in a neutral-site matchup at Shenendehowa High School in Clifton Park, New York.
Oklahoma features No. 11 Brian Soldano – a two-time NCAA qualifier who competed at Rutgers from 2022-25. The High Point, New Jersey, native produced 54 career wins during his career with the Scarlet Knights, which includes 29 dual victories across his three varsity seasons 'On the Banks.'

Series History: Drexel

Rutgers leads the all-time series, 16-11. The Scarlet Knights have won the past seven meetings with Drexel dating back to 2010.
RU defeated the Dragons, 26-13, on Dec. 4, 2022 at the Prudential Center in Newark in their last meeting. Shawver and White delivered wins in the dual victory.
