No. 12 Wrestling Hosts No. 20 Oklahoma, Drexel in Weekend Action

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Back home for its final two duals before the new year, No. 12 Rutgers wrestling (5-1) hosts No. 20 Oklahoma (2-1) on Saturday and Drexel (2-1) on Sunday at Jersey Mike's Arena.
The Scarlet Knights' ranked matchup with the Sooners is set for an 8 p.m. national broadcast on Big Ten Network, with Shane Sparks and Jim Gibbons on the call. Sunday's dual with the Dragons will stream on Big Ten Plus beginning at 1 p.m., with Nick Kosko and Matt Howe handling broadcast duties. Tickets for both matches are available here.
Saturday night is the program's 'Black Out' match, with fans encouraged to wear black. Black shirts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Sunday is the team's 'R Heroes' match, with camo pennants distributed (while supplies last).

- Rutgers split its matches at the Journeymen Jostle, defeating Davidson, 49-3, before losing to No. 10 NC State, 27-11, on Sunday in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina.
- The Scarlet Knights won 12 matches across their two duals, including multiple wins from No. 12 Dylan Shawver (133), No. 12 Joseph Olivieri (141) and No. 16 Shane Cartagena-Walsh (184). Olivieri delivered RU's signature win of the event, earning an 8-6 decision over No. 7 Ryan Jack, a 2024 All-American.
