Anthony Misuraco

Anthony Misuraco is in his second season as a full-time athletic trainer at Rutgers. He serves as the primary athletic trainer for the baseball program and assists with medical coverage for football. Misuraco rejoined Rutgers Sports Medicine after completing a year-long athletic training internship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during the 2013-2014 season.
Prior to working in the NFL, Misuraco served as a Rutgers year-long athletic training intern. He provided coverage for the football team during the 2012 season when the team won its first Big East Championship. During his internship he was also the primary athletic trainer for the Scarlet Knight men's/women's track and field teams.
Misuraco earned a Master's Degree in Athletic Training from Seton Hall University in 2012. While in graduate school he worked with the Rutgers football and lacrosse teams. He also earned a Bachelor's degree in 2010 from West Chester University, majoring in exercise science.
Misuraco is a native of Sicklerville, N.J.
