Andy Parham rejoined Rutgers Athletics in 2025. He currently serves as a Unit Computing Specialist. In his current role, Parham assists with day-to-day technology troubleshooting, IT inventory management, and departmental infrastructure upgrades for the Scarlet Knights.
Prior to his return to Piscataway, Parham was a replay support manager with DVSport in Raleigh, North Carolina, from 2023 to 2025. In that position, he provided technical support for specialized replay systems across multiple collegiate and professional venues in the region.
Parham previously spent two seasons with Rutgers football as the Director of Technology from 2021 to 2023. Before his first stint with the Scarlet Knights, he spent five years at Duke University as the assistant director of video and IT for the Blue Devils’ football program.
Parham graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in 2013. He resides in Jersey City with his wife, Natalie.
