Jasmine O'Neill has worked as an academic advisor with the Scarlet Knights since 2020, helping the Scarlet Knights to maintain a high level of excellence in the classroom while also managing the rigor of athletic competition. She currently advises student-athletes with Rutgers’ women's basketball, swimming and diving, and men's lacrosse.
A member of the Rutgers women’s soccer team from 2008-2011, she has related first-hand to the challenges of balancing both life in the classroom and on the field. A double graduate of Rutgers University, she earned her bachelor’s degree in sport management in 2012 and her master’s degree of education in 2015.
Prior to her return “On the Banks,” she was an assistant athletic director of student services at Wagner College from 2016-2020, where she oversaw the academic support for all student-athletes. From 2015-2016, she worked as an athletic academic advisor at IUPUI. There, she worked with softball and women’s tennis and oversaw the study hall program.
