Traci Kieffer joined RutgersĀ Athletics in November of 2025.Ā Traci is currently the primary Facilities & Events contactĀ for Rutgers Womenās Soccer, Womenās Swimming & Diving, Womenās Rowing, Softball, and Womenās Lacrosse programs. BeforeĀ Rutgers, Traci was at the New York Jets as Assistant, Fan Engagement, Game Presentation, and Gameday Operations.Ā Traci coordinated and oversaw all Jets eventsĀ , includingĀ logistics,Ā staffingĀ and execution. She alsoĀ assistedĀ in the planning and execution of pre-game, halftime, and post-game fan experiences. Prior to the New York Jets, Traci was a paraprofessional at Hampton Public School, where she was a one-on-one aide.Ā Traci is a graduate of MisericordiaĀ UniversityĀ inĀ August 2020Ā with a Bachelor of ScienceĀ in Sport Management. Traci is a graduate of Misericordia University in May 2022 with a Master of Business AdministrationĀ with a specialization in Sport Management.Ā
