Major: Exercise Science
I chose my major because: I chose Exercise Science because I fell in love with the recovery process during physical therapy. Going through it made me appreciate how the body heals and adapts, and I became passionate about learning how to help others move better, recover stronger, and perform at their best.
I chose Rutgers because…: I chose Rutgers University because it offers one of the most highly regarded exercise science programs in the country. Additionally, the genuine belief and support the coaches demonstrated in my abilities played a significant role in my decision. Their confidence in me motivated me to join a community where I could grow both academically and athletically.
I started playing my sport because…: I started playing volleyball after retiring from gymnastics because I quickly fell in love with the sport. Volleyball gave me a new sense of challenge and excitement, and I enjoyed the teamwork and competitive spirit it brought into my life. I loved being a part of a team.

The person I most admire is and why: I admire my parents the most because of all they do, not just for me, but for everyone around them. Their hard work, constant support, and the way they handle challenges with strength and grace inspire me every day. They’ve taught me the value of kindness, perseverance, and putting others before yourself. I’m incredibly grateful for their sacrifices and the love they give so freely.
If I wasn’t playing volleyball, I’d be: If I weren’t playing my sport, I would be coaching it. I love the game so much that I would still want to be involved by teaching, motivating, and helping others grow just like my coaches have done for me.
