PISCATAWAY, N.J. (April 8, 2014) - Redshirt sophomore midfielder Kristin Kocher (Medford, N.J.) of the Rutgers women's lacrosse team was named to the BIG EAST Conference Weekly Honor Roll, the league announced Tuesday.
Kocher had a career night in the Scarlet Knights' conference home opener against UConn on Saturday, April 5, tallying a team-high five points on four goals and an assist, while adding a team-best five draw controls. Kocher's point, goal and draw control totals were all new career-highs.
The midfielder accounted for almost half of the team's offense, as Rutgers dropped a 12-11 overtime decision to the Huskies.
