2018-19 (Indoor)
- Contributed to the third-place finish for the 4x800m team at the IC4A Championships, earning All-East accolades in the event (Mar. 3).
- Posted an IC4A standard in the 800m with a time of 1:54.23 at the BU Invite (Feb. 9).
- Finished second in the 1000m with a PR of 2:28.20 at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 1).
- Posted a new PR of 2:28.31 in the 1000m at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 26).
- Won the 800m title (1:55.62) at the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invite (Jan. 12).
2018 Outdoors (Sophomore):
- Posted a PR in the 800m with a time of 1:51.77 at the Big Ten Championships (May 11-13)
- Contributed to the 4x800 relay team’s third-place finish with a time of 7:32.16 in the collegiate event at the Penn Relays (Apr. 28)
- Also finished sixth with the distance medley relay quartet at Penn Relays, posting a time of 9:59.21 (Apr. 27)
- Won the 800m with a PR of 1:53.72 to help guide RU to the 2018 Outdoor Metropolitan Championship title (Apr. 14)
- Finished eighth in the 800m with a time of 1:54.45 at the Sam Howell Invitational (Apr. 6)
- Finished fourth in the 800m with a time of 1:56.00 at the Rider 5-Way (Mar. 31)
- Set a PR in the 1500m with a time of 4:03.26 at the Rider 5-Way (Mar. 31)
2018 Indoors (Sophomore):

- Finished sixth in the 1000m with a PR of 2:29.47 at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)

- Won the 1,000-meter run with a time of 2:32.62 at the TCNJ Winter Open (Dec. 2)

2017 Indoors (Freshman):
- Second place 4x800 relay at the IC4A Championships (March 3-5)
- Second place 1K at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 2-3) in a PR time of 2:29.50.
- Sixth in the 1K at the Beantown Challenge (Jan. 14) in 2:31.02
- Made collegiate debut by winning the 1K at the Rutgers Invitational (Jan. 6-7) in 2:34.67
Prior to Rutgers: Key member of the nationally ranked distance relay teams at Morris Hills … ran a 16:26 5k during the cross country season as a senior … placed fifth at the NJAC Championships … also collected an 11th-place mark at the Morris County Championships.
