A human resources professional with more than 20 years of work experience, Aileen Beisser enters her fifth year as Director of Employee Relations for Rutgers Athletics and her 13th year with the athletic department.
In her current role, Beisser oversees and coordinates the administration of human resource programs and payroll functions for the entire athletic department, which encompasses more than 200 full-time employees.
Prior to her elevation to Director of Employee Relations, Beisser served as a travel coordinator for the athletic department from 2012-13
In her first stint at Rutgers, Beisser was a director of facilities and events with RU Athletics from 2000-02. Beisser got her start in collegiate athletics as an assistant director of operations and Olympic sports from 1995-2000 with the University.
Beisser received her bachelor’s degree in sport management from Rutgers in 1995, where she was a four-year letterwinner for the Scarlet Knights’ women’s lacrosse team.
She resides in Piscataway with her husband, John, and her daughter, Riley.
