PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rising sophomore diver
Katerina Hoffman will be representing Team USA at the 2025 World University Games in Berlin, Germany on July 17-23. Hoffman will compete on women's 1M and 3M.

In her first season as a Scarlet Knight in 2024-25, Hoffman qualified for the NCAA Championships on 1M, 3M and platform as Rutgers sent a school record four Scarlet Knights to NCAAs. The Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, native won the NCAA Zone A 1M title and qualified for both 1M and 3M consolation finals at the Big Ten Championships.
In mid-May, Hoffman teamed up with fellow Scarlet Knight
Bailee Sturgill to win bronze on women's synchronized platform while taking 10
th on senior women's 3M and 11
th on senior women's 1M at the USA Diving Championships.
More recently, the rising sophomore joined Sturgill to take gold in women's synchronized platform at the 2025 Canada Diving Cup.
World University Games women's 3M prelims will take place on Sunday, July 20, with finals on Monday, July 21, while women's 1M prelims begin on Tuesday, July 22, with finals on Wednesday, July 23.
