Men’s Lacrosse Set for Fall Action

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers men's lacrosse is set for a loaded October slate of events as the team transitions its fall practices into a series of fall ball scrimmages. The fall slate begins this weekend on homecoming weekend at Rutgers.
The program will open Homecoming Weekend with the second annual Men's Lacrosse Golf Outing. That event is this Friday, October 2, and begins at 10 am with registration, followed by a shotgun start at then dinner. After the golf outing, Rutgers' will host its annual Alumni Game at the F3 Turf Field at 6 pm. Alumni are welcome to join the current team following the Alumni Game for a gathering at the Rodkin Center. Homecoming weekend continues on Saturday, October 3, as Rutgers football will host Indiana in an 8 pm game at SHI Stadium. The team will host its annual alumni event during the game on the AD's Party Deck. Registration is open and encouraged for both the golf outing and football game event. The Scarlet Knights will welcome NJIT (October 10), Syracuse (October 24) and Delaware (October 30) to campus for fall exhibition matchups. The contest against Syracuse will be held at SHI Stadium, while the NJIT and Delaware scrimmages will be held on the F3 Turf Field. All scrimmages are open to the public and free to attend.
