Hit .377 in debut season, posting a .492 on-base percentage with six double five triples, 27 RBIs, 41 runs scored, 36 walks and 32 stolen bases … went 6-for-12 against McLennan with a run scored, RBI and two stolen bases (4/27-29) … 6-for-12 against North Central Texas with two runs scored and three stolen bases (3/15-18) … 8-for-14 against Vernon with seven runs scored, an RBI, four walks and four stolen bases (3/8-11).

Played varsity baseball at Wylie High School… also played football in high school.
