  • Hit a home run in her sixth-consecutive game for her 19th the season with a three-run shot in a 13-5 game two setback to Nebraska as she continues to lead the Big Ten and sits in third nationally in the category behind Karli Spaid with 25 and Jenna Golembiewski with 24 both of Miami (OH). It also marked Smith's eighth game this season with three or more RBIs in a contest as she upped her total to 62 to sit right behind Jenna Golembiewski of Miami (OH)'s nation-leading 63 (Apr. 13)
  • Collected her 17th long ball of the year to move into a tie for second on the single-season leaders list alongside teammate Katie Wingert who collected 18 her freshman season in 2019 and also added two runs, one of her home run and another on a stolen base, in a 9-3 series-opening victory versus Nebraska (Apr. 12)
  • Went 4-for-5 in the doubleheader with Maryland with a double, two home runs and 10 RBIs while surpassing Jackie Bates (2015) as RU's single-season RBIs leader and upped her total to 57 on the year (Apr. 10)
  • Delivered a grand slam and collected five more RBIs to become the Rutgers single-season RBI leader in a 9-0 run-rule game two win over Maryland for the series win over the Terps for the second-straight season (Apr. 10)
  • Was 2-for-3 with five RBIs off a two-run double and a three-run home run in a 7-6 game one win at Maryland (Apr. 10)
  • Finished the Wisconsin series hitting .750 (6-for-8) with two doubles, two home runs, 5 RBIs and three runs scoring to go with her 1.750 slugging percentage (Apr. 5-7)

  • Notched a home run for the conference lead in the category with her 14th long ball of the year in a 12-1 run-rule victory over Wisconsin (Apr. 6)
  • Batted 2-for-4 with an RBI while tossing 4.0 innings with two strikeouts in a 5-2 series-opening loss with Wisconsin (Apr. 5) 
  • Hit .375 (3-for-8) with two home runs, four RBIs and three runs along with three appearances in the circle tossing 13.0 innings with 11 strikeouts holding opponents to a .188 batting average during the Purdue series (Mar. 29-30)
  • Collected her second home run of the day and 13th of the season along with 2.1 innings inside the circle  in 5-3 series finale loss at Purdue (Mar. 30)

  • Added three RBIs and her 11th home run of the 2024 campaign in claiming the series win with an 8-6 victory over Ohio State (Mar. 24)

  • Tossed her third complete game of the season, going the full nine innings and recording five strikeouts while batting 2-for-4 and smashing her third home run of the weekend in an 8-3 victory over CSUN at Mary Nutter (Feb. 24)
  • Provided a two-run home run and ended the game 3-for-5 with three runs scored to open Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic in a 14-7 win over Hawaii (Feb. 22)

  • Made Rutgers debut in 8-0 win against Utah Valley at NorCal Classic pitching 5.0 innings and sending six Wolverines down on strikes while going 2-for-4 with a run, RBI and stolen base at the plate. Posted a double one of six tying for the most in a game dating back to records since 2004. (Feb.10)
  • Collected two RBIs and a sac fly in an 8-2 win over Santa Clara at the NorCal Classic (Feb. 10)

Sophomore (2022) - at LSU

  • Appeared in 28 games and made 10 starts in right field 
  • Batted .303 and had a .576 slugging percentage in 33 at-bats
  • Tallied 10 hits, 11 runs, eight RBI, three doubles, and two home runs
  • Hit her first career home run in the third game against Mississippi St. (May 11)

Freshman (2021) - at LSU

The person I most admire is and why: Taylor Pleasants (former teammate), she is so talented and so kind. I’ve watched her continue to push through her pain and injuries and never allowed it to change her ability to be a good teammate to the rest of us
If I wasn’t playing softball, I’d be: Working a 9-5 and braiding hair
One word to describe myself on the field: Aggressive
One word to describe myself off the field: Laughing/funny
Few people know that I: am actually very soft. My presence can be pretty intimidating when I am the total opposite.
Person who had greatest influence on my athletics career: My coaches on Corona Angels and at LSU.
I started playing my sport because…: I love to compete and win
I chose Rutgers because…:The environment at Rutgers is unmatched. I love how involved every one is and how important each of us are to our academic advisors and coaches.
