Mitch Krupa joined the Rutgers volleyball staff as the Scarlet Knights’ Technical Coordinator/Director of Operations in April 2026..
Krupa makes his way “To The Banks” after spending the 2025 season at his alma mater, the University of Nebraska Omaha, as an assistant coach. Included among his day-to-day duties were statistical analysis, scouting and recruiting alongside team and summer camp operations.
A 2025 graduate of UNO with a degree in computer science, Krupa spent two seasons as the Mavericks’ student manager while serving as vice president and captain of the University of Nebraska Omaha’s men’s club volleyball team.
