RUmlax's Bieda Named to BIG EAST All-Tournament Team

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (May 3, 2014) - Rutgers sophomore A Scott Bieda (Bridgewater, N.J.) was named to the 2014 BIG EAST All-Tournament Team, the conference announced Saturday evening.
Bieda led RU in points against No. 2 Denver in the BIG EAST Semifinals on May 1, tallying three assists in the game. The sophomore finished the regular season third in the conference with 4.17 points per game in six league contests. He led the Scarlet Knights with 24 assists and finished second on the squad with 42 points.
The Second Team All-BIG EAST member helped Rutgers to eight wins in 2014, its most victories since the 2004 team also notched eight, and helped the squad to its first postseason appearance in 10 years.
