HANOVER, N.H. — The Rutgers women's tennis team wrapped up day one at the Big Green Tournament in Hanover, New Hampshire, on Friday evening. The Scarlet Knights faced the host school, Dartmouth, along with matches against UMass and Wisconsin.

The Scarlet Knights picked up five wins on the day including two from Zuzanna Frankowska and Karina Jumazhanova.

Doubles

Jackie Lopez and Jumazhanova shut out Dartmouth's Sam Grosjean and Elise Wong, 6-0 for their first win of the season as a duo.

Frankowska and Zeynep Ilker beat Lexi Dewire and Elizabeth Fahrmeier by a score of 6-4 for their first win as a duo as well.

Singles

Frankowska recorded her second win of the day, shutting out Elise Wong of Dartmouth, 6-0.

Minchae Kim took care of business against Big Green's Caroline Lemcke 6-2, 7-6 (3)

In a singles match against UMass, Jumazhanova took on Cosima Trinity Calinescu beating her 6-1, 6-4
