Personal: Son of Paul and Lina Esposito … father played six seasons of minor league baseball and one season in Italy ...  has one sister, Ella … uncle, Vinny Esposito, played baseball at Rutgers. His 42 walks in 2003 are tied for fifth-most in a season in RU history and was selected in the 22nd round of the 2003 MLB Draft by the Toronto Blue Jays.
